SOME NOTE-WORTHY news from white tip....

2018 a VERY BUSY YEAR

It's been extremely busy so far this year, and it's been a real pleasure to work on BBC's Winterwatch, Channel 5's Wild Britain and Channel 4's Britain's Polar Bear Cub.

We've also been doing plenty of work with SCOTLAND: The Big Picture, producing video content to inspire people through wildlife and conservation issues.

WILDLIFE FILM MAKER OF THE YEAR AWARD - EDEN

Great news from UKTV as The Return of the Nightingale scooped the top prize in the EDEN SHORTS competition. A panel of wildlife experts and enthusiasts including Michaela Strachan and Nigel Marvin chose the film from over 200 entries, awarding the title of Eden's "Wildlife Film Maker of the Year".

ARTWORK AND VIDEO FOR THE VERDICT

We've been working recently on the artwork and video trailer for the forthcoming World Premiere stage production of THE VERDICT. Based on the international bestselling novel, many will remember the film version starring Paul Newman. The production tours major theatres in the UK from January 2017.

TIGER MOUNTAIN ZOO IN FRANCE AND HOLLAND

Tiger Mountian Zoo, produced in partnership with Fifth Frame Ltd, featured at the world's premiere event for children's television, "Mip Junior" in Cannes. We travelled to Cannes to attend various meetings on the potential future broadcast of the series in a number of countries. TMZ also featured at Holland's Cinekid Festival.

 

CAIRNGORM REFLECTIONS

A year spent in and around the Cairngorm National Park, the UK's largest National Park. Filmed both in the park and also in surrounding ranges, the whole area faces challenges on conservation, land management and a growing human population. So how is nature faring?

Due for release late 2018.

MERSEA ISLAND - THE WILD EDGE OF ESSEX NOW COMPLETED

Mersea Island - The Wild Edge of Essex has now been finished. You can view the full film online here. The original trailer caught the judge's eyes at the recent BWPA (British Wildlife Photography Awards) event in London and was awarded a Highly Commended accolode. It is currently being screened on the BWPA's tour of the UK.
